BIGGA Training & Development Manual
The Training & Development Manual explains how to introduce a training and development plan, offers guidance on the types of education and training available and provides information on training providers, national standards and qualifications.
It outlines the key steps, stage by stage, in making the journey from a
novice trainee to a qualified greenkeeper and, ultimately to becoming a
golf course manager....and beyond.
The Manual is organised around 18 holes that are related to each step
on the career ladder from trainee to estates manager.
