• Be Customer Focused: Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do—creating positive, lasting relationships
• Account Management: Excel at managing and developing a diverse range of customers, from distributors to end-users, within your region
• Technical Expertise: Offer expert advice on products, features, and application techniques to help customers succeed
• Business Partnering: Be a trusted business partner, providing both technical and commercial insight to help your customers grow
• Sales Growth: Increase sales through targeted approaches, including reaching out to new and former customers
• Support: Provide support through in-person visits, video calls, and phone conversations, while resolving any customer concerns swiftly
• Industry Expertise: Stay on top of industry trends and developments, keeping yourself informed and ahead of the competition
• Collaborative Effort: Work with Marketing on campaigns and events, using your market knowledge to drive success
• Event Representation: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events with confidence

• Do you have at least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record?
• Are you passionate about the Amenity industry, having worked within it? Seed knowledge being a plus!
• Are you a self-starter who thrives working independently, but also enjoys contributing to the team?
• Must be based in Scotland or the North of England
• Must have a full UK driving licence
