Reesink Turfcare Division - Dealer Development and Key Accounts Management (South) 

Salary + PDR Bonus + Company Vehicle

Home Based (Covering South of the UK, Wales and Channel Islands)

 
As a Dealer Development  and Key Account Manager, you will have the independence of running your own territory ensuring profitability, managing and exceeding customer expectations as a matter of routine and challenging direct dealer partners to high levels of performance and business growth. Covering all brands within the Turfcare portfolio, candidates should be based within the Oxfordshire, Berkshire Wiltshire area (central belt of M4 corridor), as well as across into Wales and the Channel Isles

You will embrace and support sales activity by being sales focused, supporting our dealer network within your territory in progress management and targeting of opportunities. Demonstrating your communication and negotiation skills, you will also take great pride in improving upon customer service perspective and delivery, and the presentation and reputation of our business and brands.

Using your coaching and mentoring skills, you will be responsible for motivating and improving dealer standards and ensuring adherence to all Dealer policies. You will promote cooperation and teamwork between colleagues and dealers alike, to meet and exceed business targets and to enhance customer service and profitability.

The Role:
  • Business development and providing support to the dealer network
The Person:
  • Turfcare/ Groundcare machinery background or similar.
  • Sales experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
