Deputy Course Manager

Overview of Role
TLGC is recruiting a self-motivated Deputy Course Manager (DCM) with a strong work ethic. This individual will support the Course Manager and actively contribute to the team.
In the absence of the Course Manager, the DCM will assume leadership of the team, providing support for operational delivery and decision-making to ensure the continued delivery of the playing experience.
Having effective communication skills and a reasonable level of fitness are also essential, as are the qualities of taking pride in your work and being attentive to detail.
Continuing Professional Development will be actively supported.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

NPTC Pesticide Application Pa1, Pa2, Pa6

Confident using IT
Preferred Experience
- Irrigation maintenance
- Chainsaw certificates
- Machinery maintenance & servicing
Position Details:
- 40 hour working week, including weekend work on a rota basis
- 28 days annual leave
- Use of the course and facilities
- Pension Scheme
- Salary range: £35-40k Dependent on Qualifications and Experience
