Proposal to Present

Help us shape greenkeeper education by submitting your ‘Proposal to Present’ for Continue to Learn at BTME 2026.

Continue to Learn is recognised as the premier education event outside the USA for those working within the greenkeeping and sports turf industry.

There's a wide range of agronomic and practical learning on offer, but we also provide a wide range of educational offerings on relevant subjects such as effective leadership, mental health awareness and career progression.

There's something for everyone, no matter what stage of your career you are at.

Once the submissions are received, we conduct the Members' Choice survey, which asks BIGGA members to vote on the topics they wish to see on the education programme. This voting process helps shape the programme for 2026.

Submissions can be sent in by anyone who has a topic and wishes to present. You may be an active greenkeeper, a turf educator or you may work for an organisation in the industry. You may even have never worked in the turf industry before, but you have a topic that you think could be beneficial to our members and other greenkeepers. You may be an established speaker or this may be your first time in front of an audience - all submissions are welcome.

Selected core education content will feature in the programme, but we hope to attract new ideas, introduce new presenters and to provide interesting new angles to existing topics, ensuring Continue to Learn maintains its position as the sports turf industry's most influential annual event.

Proposals can be submitted from 1st October 2024.

Continue to Learn at BTME is presented and organised by the British & International Golf Greenkeepers Association, the UK's leading membership association for golf greenkeepers.
