Workforce & Facilities Research 2023
BIGGA members are being invited to participate in an important industry research programme.
BIGGA, along with a number of other golfing bodies, has developed a survey to better understand resourcing and facilities within the golf industry.
The survey enables BIGGA members and other people who are currently involved in the golf industry to feed back anonymously on their own experiences. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and will be available until the end of February.
The findings from the survey will help us to better understand BIGGA members and the many challenges being faced in the workplace, which will in turn enable us to provide more support and resources where needed.
This survey will add to the data compiled by the Workforce Survey BIGGA completed in 2022 and will provide an annual snapshot of key workforce and facilities data across the golf industry.

The research is being carried out on behalf of: BIGGA, The PGA, The R&A, England Golf, Golf Ireland, Scottish Golf, Wales Golf, GCMA and ATPI by Sporting Insights, an independent research company.
Individual information shared in the survey will be kept confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form.
